Welcome to Mortgage Matters. The new fortnightly feature in Property Mart magazine that will keep up you up to date with the issues within the ever evolving mortgage market.  My name is James Smith and I am a marketing executive for Mortgage Minds, a division of The Mortgage Times Group Limited.
